VenchLock provides a secure digital vault for storing personal documents, together with reminders, AI-assisted explanations and optional sharing features. Features may evolve over time.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law;
• Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity.

You retain all rights in the documents and information you upload (“Your Content”). You grant GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD a limited licence to host, store, transmit and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content and do not claim ownership of it.

Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles and refund terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. Failure to pay may result in loss of premium features; your existing documents will remain accessible under the free plan limits.

AI-generated summaries, explanations and reminders are provided for convenience only and may contain errors. They are not legal, medical or financial advice. Always verify important information against the original document and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

We apply strong security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit. You are responsible for keeping a copy of critical original documents. To the extent permitted by law, GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD is not liable for data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or where required by law. On termination, we will delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
