VenchLock is operated by GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD, the data controller responsible for your personal information under applicable data protection laws.

• Account data — name, email address and authentication credentials.
• Document data — the files, titles, categories, expiry dates and metadata you upload to your vault.
• Device & usage data — browser type, device identifiers, log data and diagnostic information required to operate the Service.
• Optional biometric identifiers — if you enable biometric unlock, cryptographic credentials are stored on your device only. We never receive your fingerprint or face data.

We use your information to:

• Provide, secure and maintain the Service;
• Authenticate you and protect your account;
• Send reminders, security alerts and service notices;
• Provide AI-powered features such as document summaries and expiry detection;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Documents you upload are encrypted in transit and at rest. VenchLock is designed so that only you (and people you explicitly authorise) can read your documents. GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD staff cannot view your document contents.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, authentication) under strict confidentiality;
• AI processing providers, on encrypted or minimally scoped payloads, solely to deliver features you request;
• Authorities where required by law, valid legal process or to protect users’ safety.

We keep your account and document data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual documents at any time, and you may request full account deletion by contacting us. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule following deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal information;
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Request a portable copy of your data;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We employ industry-standard safeguards including encryption, access controls, audit logging and least-privilege administration. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable biometric unlock where available.

VenchLock is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
